Descripción de producto
RF Ablation Cold Plasma Device with Low Temperature 40-70°C for Minimally Invasive Operation
Product Overview

This RF ablation cold plasma device represents advanced state-of-the-art surgical equipment developed for minimally invasive patient treatment. Integrated hardware protection circuitry ensures full operational safety for both patients and surgeons during all surgical procedures.

The system supports controllable nucleus ablation, allowing surgeons to accurately target specific tissue areas. Equipped with real-time impedance monitoring technology, it provides immediate intraoperative feedback to ensure precise and consistent ablation performance.

Compatible with transforaminal endoscopic architecture, the generator delivers clear surgical visualization for ENT procedures. This minimally invasive approach effectively reduces patient discomfort and shortens postoperative recovery time.

Technical Specifications

Technology Comparison: Plasma vs Ordinary Radio-frequency
Feature Plasma Ordinary Radio-frequency
Frequency 100KHz 500-2500KHz
Tissue Temperature 40-70℃ 300-600℃
Medium Saline Cytolymph
Energy Conversion Electrical energy → mechanical kinetic energy Electric energy → heat energy
Mechanism Breaking molecular bonds Cell fluid evaporation
Tissue Effect Shrinking vaporization Degenerative necrosis
Patient Outcome Mild pain, quick recovery Severe pain, slow recovery
Clinical Benefits
  • Low working temperature 40-70°C minimizes thermal injury to surrounding tissue
  • Precise probe placement into diseased areas for efficient treatment
  • Dual-polar or multi-polar design prevents electrical current passing through patient
  • Minimal bleeding during surgery with short operation times
  • Minimally invasive approach with small trauma and quick recovery
System Characteristics

The Cold Plasma RF Surgical System is specifically designed for ablation, resection, and coagulation of soft tissue and hemostasis of blood vessels in ENT surgery. With advanced plasma ablation technology, the system dissolves tissue at the molecular level in a highly-controlled manner with minimal thermal effect on surrounding healthy tissues.

The low temperature plasma surgery system uses brief, precise pulses of radiofrequency (RF) energy to cut and coagulate soft tissue. RF energy, combined with proprietary insulation technology, enables the electrode to dissect with the precision of a scalpel and the bleeding control of traditional electrosurgery, while producing minimal thermal damage to surrounding tissue.

Plasma technology utilizes a specific waveform of electricity through dual-pole or multi-pole probes to stimulate blood, mucosal and soft tissue or nucleus pulposus in sodium chloride (NaCl) molecules, generating a plasma state. The plasma's high-speed charged particles directly interrupt tissue molecular bonds, causing tissue proteins to vaporize into H₂, O₂, CO₂, N₂, CH₄ and other low molecular weight gases.

This enables the plasma surgical system to perform cutting, stripping, puncture, vaporization, hemostasis, ablation, shrinkage and surgical repair of soft tissues in both open and closed surgeries.
